Hey guys,

I’m currently in a trainings camp in Italy, so this one is a bit shorter. But that does not mean that the newsletter won’t be valuable.

First, what did you do before opening this email? And what was the 3 last video you watched on Social Media?

You see, you don’t even know anymore. But the best part is, it’s considered as “normal”. The average person has a screen time of 6h and 58minutes. That isn’t normal! That’s sick!

Let’s do the math (assuming you are 20 years old): 7h * 365d = 2,555h/ 106.5d

→ That’s 158,410h /6,600.4d/ 18.08y of your lifetime

Holy Sh*t

So, how can you live longer? Or I’ll put it this way, how can you live happier?

Reduce.

Reduce your screen time.

Ok but how?

Here’s exactly what you need to do:

The Battle plan

  1. Set a screen time goal

  2. Delete all Social Media Apps. And I mean all. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, … . Unless you’re a creator.

  3. No Phone in the morning and no phone in the evening. The first time you should look at your phone is 30min after waking up. And the last time you should look at your phone is at least 1h before going to bed.Tip: Don’t sleep with your phone in your room

  4. Always keep a book with you

  5. Find yourself a hobby

  6. 🔔 No notifications

  7. Go outside or meditate

  8. Set screen time limits

  9. Eat your meals without a screen. It’s disrespectful.

  10. Favorite tip: Turn your phone on Black and White

This is it. Remember that it isn’t an overnight fix and always keep the goal in mind. It might feel strange initially, but trust me—the long-term benefits are absolutely worth it.
