The #1 Way To Achieve Success
Brian Tracy's Secret Strategy
Let’s talk about Brain Tracy’s of achieving success.
Trust me this will be epic!
First, who is Brain Tracy?
Well, Brian Tracy is a renowned motivational speaker and author of over 80 books, including bestsellers like “Eat That Frog!” and “No Excuses!” He specializes in personal and professional development, offering practical advice on time management, goal-setting, and self-improvement through seminars and workshops globally.
In short: He’s very successful
As we all know, achieving success is not always easy. It can feel defeating if you are not reaching the goals that you set for yourself in the time you thought you would, especially in common, and financial goals.
And when we're in that path, we tend to narrow our focus. We put on blinders. While that can help you to stay motivated, you're often missing a key element to the formula that creates success.
Now there's a secret to success that has helped Brain Tracy achieve it over the course of his life.
He started off with nothing without graduating from school, with having no money, and working at laboring jobs like washing dishes, and actually working in the farms.
And that secret is to solve problems for others.
And this is the key.
You may ask how will I achieve my own goals if I'm busy helping others achieve theirs?
But when you help others solve their problems, you're not only helping them, you're helping yourself. By using your mind and your talents to assist other people, you are, in turn, becoming a more efficient problem solver. Even if their goals are related to yours, you'll be able to have more clarity on your path and open your mind up to new ways that you hadn't considered before.
This will lead you to your own success faster and faster.
So here are the steps you must take in order to help others and yourself to succeed.
The first Step
Set your goals
Know exactly what you want.
Before you start helping others with their goals, you have to determine your own goals and the actions that you will take to reach them.
Establish what success means to you.
Stop comparing yourself to others and to forge your own path.
If you're willing to work hard, you can achieve almost anything in life.
Hard work is always the key.
But how do you get there?
Figure out what skills you need to improve, routines you need to establish, and habits you need to get rid of.
Create a personal plan that allows you to be the best, the most high achieving version of yourself.
And no matter what you've accomplished up to now, you can accomplish more and more.
You know, it's interesting, 87% of billionaires in America today started with nothing.87% and they worked their way up and if you ask them what is the key to your success, they'll say hard, hard work.
So you can start with setting short-term goals. Begin with goals that can be completed daily and weekly.
These goals can be simple and achievable like finishing up personal essay that you've been putting on for finishing reading a book.
As you complete these goals, smaller goals, you gain the confidence and the motivation to reach for bigger goals.
Step 2
Become an expert problem solver
Remember, everything in life is solving problems. And the better and faster you've been solved problems, the more valuable you become.
As you pursue your goals, you will quickly realize that life does not always go according to plan and effect it never does, which is why knowing how to problem solve is so necessary.
Remember these steps you need to take to solve a problem:
Start with a positive approach: It will this will allow you to keep an open mind to unique solutions you may not have thought of in the past.
Then you define the problem and address the situation through different perspectives: What are the different possible solutions that you could apply?Doing this will allow you to find the best solution for that particular challenge.
Always prepare for the worst case scenario so that you can grapple with any issue that may come your way: There's a rule that says you need about four attempts at a problem or a goal before you find the right one.
To put your plan in motion, set a deadline for the solution and take responsibility when implementing your course of action.
Once your problem has been solved, you will be able to track your results and make notes on what work and what can be improved the next time around.
When you can engage these steps in every situation you face, you will not only be able to solve your own problems, but you will be able to help others. You will then see that your success is determined not only through your own personal achievements, but how many other people you inspired and impacted and motivated and helped to solve their problems and achieve their goals along the way.
The third step
Begin helping others.
You need to define yourself as a helper.
Define yourself as a person whose job is to help other people to accomplish what is important to them. The more you help others, the more they will help you. The more you put out, the more will come back to you in the most amazing ways.
Use your particular set of skills and abilities to help others to solve their problems.
You can improve their lives by passing along your wisdom and expertise that you learn throughout your own personal journey.
They will forever see you as a leader, someone who leads by example and shares their ideas to help other people succeed.
You may even learn a few eye-opening problem-solving tips of your own by interacting with people with unique skillsets and expertise.
And this leads me to my last step.
Step 4
Being leader and achieve success.
As a leader, you will see that the greatest success you can achieve is by helping others to achieve their success.
Ask any successful person in the world and you will notice that they can name at least one person that helped them in their journey. And now, as they have reached their own success, they are able and willing to pass along their knowledge and create value for others.
A leader is only as great as the people he leads.
